Return and Refund Policy

At Garden Tool Shed, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below is our return and refund policy, detailing how to proceed if you are not completely happy with your purchase.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To notify us of your intent to return, please email us at orders@gardentoolshed.co.za.

Return Procedure

  • You must return the product within 7 calendar days of providing your notice of cancellation.
  • Returns can be made either:
    1. By arranging your own return shipping.
    2. Through our courier pick-up service, available at your cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product from you.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition and securely packaged to qualify for a full refund.

Loss of Value

If the returned product shows any loss of value due to use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, Garden Tool Shed reserves the right to deduct a reasonable amount for restocking costs from your refund.
