We are pleased to partner with The Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable delivery of all our products. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery location and the weight and size of your order. This ensures you receive the best possible rate for your purchase.
How It Works

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are determined by The Courier Guy based on the destination and package specifications. You’ll see the exact shipping cost on the checkout page, so there are no surprises.
3. Delivery Times: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Terms of Sale on Garden Tool Shed e-Store
Ordering Products
- Placing an Order
After selecting your desired products, proceed to the checkout. You will be guided through the process with step-by-step instructions provided on the e-store. - Order Acceptance
While Garden Tool Shed strives to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to decline any order for reasons such as product unavailability.
During the ordering process, you will be required to provide accurate information, including your:
- Contact details
- Delivery address
- Payment details (e.g., credit card information)
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and an order number. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer the following options:
- Cancel the order
- Maintain the order if the product is expected back in stock
- Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Upon processing and acceptance of your order, and after receiving full payment, Garden Tool Shed will notify you of the dispatch status via email, text, or phone.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Arrangements
Garden Tool Shed will coordinate the delivery of your products. Where applicable, products may be delivered to Silmow Lawnmower Services for inspection and assembly. You will be notified once the products are inspected, assembled, and ready for shipment or collection. - Product Inspection and Assembly
For select products, the dealer will open the sealed box to inspect and assemble the items. This ensures the product is properly assembled and safe for use. The dealer will provide instructions for safe usage, which must be followed to ensure your safety and that of others. - Shipping Timelines
Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Most products are delivered to the selected dealer within 3–5 working days. If delays occur, we will notify you using the contact information you provided.
Inspection, Installation, and Use
You are responsible for the inspection, proper installation, and use of the products purchased. Always read and follow the product instructions provided.
Warranties
Most products purchased from the e-store include a manufacturer’s warranty, as detailed in the warranty card.
Limitation of Liability; Force Majeure
